Stroller is Kolcraft
How cold did it get in the last few days!!! Nevertheless, I got Nicky all dressed up in his head-to-toe winter gear and took him outside. But he wouldn't have it! He stood on the porch for a few minutes, then turned around and headed back for the house!!! After much convincing, he finally agreed to get in the stroller and go for a little walk. A few minutes of pushing the stroller later, I realized I forgot my gloves and, as my hands started to slowly turn blue, I thought of all the things I still need to get to make it through the winter with a toddler.
Here is a few things you will need this winter:
1. Gloves
I was pleasantly surprised to discover Nicky doesn't mind mittens. He can even hold things while wearing them. As for me, I am never leaving the house without a pair gloves again!

A few months ago I wrote that the best time to buy a snowsuit is October-November because all the good ones are gone after Black Friday. If you procrastinated and waiting till it actually got cold to get one for your little one, here are some options for your baby as well as some warm coats for the momma:

So you managed to keep your little one warm throughout the day. Now comes the tough part - keeping them cozy at night. My little guy refuses blankets or sleep sacks, so if you have the same problem, here are some super-warm coveralls:
